How do I download Quota?

Quota is available on the App Store for iPhone. Search "Quota" or tap the Download button on our home page. Android support is coming soon.

Is Quota free to use?

Quota offers a free trial so you can get started right away. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue accessing the app.

How does the AI coaching work?

Quota listens to your speaking in real time and gives you instant, personalized feedback on clarity, confidence, pacing, and word choice — like having a coach in your pocket.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Quota. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

My account isn't working. What should I do?

Try signing out and back in, or deleting and reinstalling the app. If that doesn't fix it, email us at support@quota.la and we'll sort it out.

How do I request deletion of my data?

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support@quota.la with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We process all requests within 30 days.
