By accessing or using Quota's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our app or website.

Quota is a social confidence and communication skills development platform. We may modify or discontinue features or the service at any time.

Account creation requires accurate information and secure management of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Quota; users under 18 must have parental permission.

Prohibited activities include:

• Violating laws or regulations
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Sharing harmful, obscene, or illegal content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the service
• Unauthorized commercial use

You retain ownership of content you submit to Quota. By submitting content, you grant Qu, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service.

Your use of Quota is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Qu, Inc. owns all platform content, features, branding, and technology. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Paid features require accurate billing information. Refunds are handled in accordance with App Store policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Qu, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Qu, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
